Our desire is to provide an assortment of offerings that nourish and preserve the body and mind. We offer a variety of classes ranging from traditional yoga to healing breathwork, to a fresh approach to stretching with resistance.

Medicine Mornings: Bring your own mug; opportunity to sit with plant essences and really drop into and connect with our hearts in harmonious community. This is a sadhana practice that will weave in gentle guided movements and mantras.

HIIT-Reset: is a full spectrum class that offers the opportunity for you to connect deeply to body mind and spirit through the modalities of mindful movement and deep breath work.This class is an opportunity to sweat, connect and REMEMBER our truth. Come with an open mind and some eagerness to move your body.

What is Fascia Flossing?
Fascia Flossing is a dynamic way to stretch and rejuvenate your connective tissue from the inside-out. It's active. It's engaged. It's mindful. It's connected. Students say they feel like they've had a workout and a massage in one.
What to expect?
With gentle engagement added to flowing, pulsing movement, we will reset our fascia, move stagnant fluid and toxins that are stuck in the tissues, and internally exfoliate our way feeling renewed and spacious. Areas of the body that feel painful, stagnant, or stuck are mostly likely where your fascia has thickened, hardened or become dry. The goal is to leave the session feeling mobile, loose, and energized.

Yoga Sculpt and Stretch
Tuesdays 9:15AM-10:15AM
Wednesdays 5:15PM-6:15PM with Michelle
All levels and ages welcome with modifications in place.
Join Michelle for 40 min of sweat, sculpt and tone and 15-20 minutes of stretch. Michelle will guide you through muscle building yoga poses with resistance training, bursts of high energy strength and mobility, finished with a deep stretch.
Although not required, your workout will be enhanced by bringing 3lb, 4lb, and 5lb weights.

The Feldenkrais Method –A unique & gentle method widely known to effectively reduce pain and discomfort, and improve mobility while improving balance and neurological clarity.
Explore movements that intrigue the mind, increase awareness and reduce stress with lessons that feel like a movement mediation. Lessons are lying on the floor.

A thoughtful approach to a weekly yoga practice, connecting movement to breath with a mixture of hatha flow and longer yin/restorative holds. This is a gentle class and best with some yoga experience.

Gentle Yoga is a class mostly on your mat on your back, including some classical restorative poses. The class also entails balance, breathing, concentration and meditation. $20 drop in.

A gentle, restorative, Kripalu style yoga class. Designed to guide you into a deeper connection to your higher self, through gentle poses and breath work. Culminating in a deeper connection to your heart and soul, leaving you in a peaceful state of being. Namaste’

Dynamic Release Movement
Dates are TBD

In this class we will explore a weekly astrology reading, we do some interesting journaling, I will also do a poetry reading. We will flow in longer intense, restorative vinyasa asana. We end the class in some myofascial release using tennis or lacrosse balls.

All classes are drop-in and payments are handled directly with the class instructor. Please ask the instructor what forms of payment they accept.
The classes are not managed or put on by VYANA Wellness Collective. The individual instructors rent the studio space at VYANA to hold their classes. If you have any questions about specific classes please let us know and we will assist you as best as we can and provide you the information to contact the instructor.
